Emily Evans

After high school, I moved north to Orem and worked in retail. A year ago, I moved back home to find a better job. I worked a few odd end jobs until I found my current job. I am the prettiest checker at Jubilee and loving it! I moved to Delta from Oak City to be closer to work. I enjoy being Auntie Em to almost 10 nieces and nephews, scrapbooking, and catching up with old friends.

Sarah (Dan) Payne Halterman

After graduation, I went to school over at Snow College (Delta East) for two years, and LOVED it. After graduating, I transferred up to Utah State.

Dan and I were married in December of 09 and have loved doing so much together. Dan is currently finishing his degree in Statistics and has one more year before starting his Masters. I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design, with business and marketing from Utah State last December. I am currently working at SEI in Logan as a full time graphic designer and I have also started my own photography business, Halterman Photography.

I love hearing what everyone is up to. Hope everything has been great!

Gentry (Andrew) Mecham Wankier

The fall after we graduated I went to Snow College for a year and I did NOT enjoy my experience there (sorry you Snow lovers out there) so I transferred to SUU. After my first year of college was over I moved home for the summer and then "happened" to start dating Andrew Wankier. He then left on his mission to Philadelphia at the end of that summer and I continued my education at SUU. After two years he got home in August and we were married November 6, 2009! When you know it's right, it's right! We have been married for a year and seven months! We have made our home in Cedar City where we are both in school. I am pursuing my Education with a double major in Elementary Education/Special Education and a minor in Early Childhood. Andrew is pursuing his education in Nutrition. He wants to one day become a Registered Dietitian. That I think is still subject to change, but that is where it stands at this moment. He still has a few more years until he is done with school. I am pretty much done with school, I will be doing my student teaching in August, so I will be done in December and can't believe I will be done with school. We are loving life and are excited to start our own family one day.  Oh and GO YANKEES!

Dustin (Saryn) Griffiths

After graduation I moved up north to work and save for the mission. Upon return from the mission in 2009 I moved to Orem and got a job at Emergency Essentials where I still currently work as a supervisor. I met my wife a few months after starting at work and we were married in December of 2009. My wife now works for a dentist office as a dental assistant and is going to school at UVU to be a dental hygenist. I'm currently taking a break from UVU and will return in june of next year to attend the police academy.

Kristie (Kurt) Ashby Lindstrom

After graduation, I was accepted as an ambassador to Dixie State College.  There I graduated with an Associates of Science degree with an emphasis in business.  After waiting two years for my future husband (Kurt Lindstrom) to return home from his mission, we were married in the Salt Lake Temple, June 13th 2008.  We moved to Ogden, Utah where Kurt continued his education at Weber State University and I worked at Mt. Ogden Surgical Center as the Administrators Assistant.  On December 17th 2010 we had our first baby girl, Kamri Kristie Lindstrom.  We love being parents and look forward to seeing her learn and grow!

Jamilyn (Len) Hathaway Anderton

After high school, I attended Snow College for awhile.  My husband, Len, and I met online in April 2008 and were married in the Manti Temple three months later!  We are expecting our baby girl any day now (due July 5th!!)  We live in Roosevelt, Utah, where my husband drives for FedEx and sells firewood.  I am working at the Uintah Basin Medical Center as a CNA until the baby comes.  I will return to work after my maternity leave and hope to someday become an LPN and then RN.  My husband loves fly fishing and basketball, and I enjoy sewing, reading, and swimming.  We are very excited for our new arrival and cannot wait to start our family adventures!  Best of wishes to each of you in the coming years!

Chelse' (Trevor) Lovell Anderson

The fall after graduation, I attended Snow College to begin my education and receive my Associates of Science degree. I finished in December of 2009. I farmed for Howard Basset during the summer break. While at Snow, I met my future husband, Trevor Anderson. After having three classes together we began dating and 5 months later we were married in the Manti Temple on March 7, 2009. In May of 2009, Trevor and I moved to Springville, Utah for Trevor’s employment at DHI Computing Service Inc. as an account manager. This past year I hired on as a temporary worker at IPP for about 9 months. We just returned from a trip back East where we had a lot of fun visiting my sister, sightseeing and experiencing new places like New York City and Niagara Falls. We love to ride Trevor's motorcycle and spend time with our families. We look forward to starting our family and hopefully one day move out of the city to small town, Oak City would be preferred.

Stefanie Nissen

Since highschool graduation five years ago my drive and passion has led me to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a Fashion Designer. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Fashion Design. I have designed clothes that have been sold in stores such as Bergdorf's, Barney's, Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Arden N to name a few. It's an exciting feeling seeing my clothes in stores or better... seeing someone wear them! I would have to say that my fashion interest really sparked when designing costumes for the Tri-Dels! My goal is to eventually have my own clothing line, so watch for it.

When I'm not busy designing, I am traveling. I have seen much of the world (France, Switzerland, Italy, Venice, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, England, and Australia). It's so exciting to experience another culture, eat the food, meet the people, and become inspired by all that surrounds you.

I love SoCal, there is always something exciting to do plus I have met some pretty cool celebrities and even styled a few. I miss small town Delta and the fact that there is only one stop light (I really despise traffic). I hope the past five years have brought the class of 2006 much success, love and happiness!

I met my husband over Better Than Sex cake, and a trip to Disneyland later we were engaged. We were married September 20th, 2007 in the Salt Lake City temple. On January 26th, 2011 we had our first child, Camden William Sessions. Sterling (Mary) Whipple

After graduating DHS, I worked the family business in Delta until I left for an LDS mission in Washington DC for two years. Upon return, I worked for UPS until I started school at SUU (January 2009). I've worked for SUU as a student employee since then, though in four different positions. I met a girl named Mary on November 4th, 2009 and dated her until we were married on December 17th, 2010 in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. By December 2011, I will have my Associates of Science, whereupon we will transfer to BYU and complete my degree in Family and Consumer Science Education and her English (Editing) degree. It is my intention to be a high school teacher.

Money, Money, Money...

Hello Rabbits!

So we've run into a bit of a hiccup!  Our budget for our class reunions is about $160...TOTAL!  Unfortunately, we probably won't be able to do anything spectacular for our reunion on that amount.  Please check out the poll on the sidebar and select an answer so we can see what you're thinking!

Also, leave a comment telling us how much you think is a fair amount!  We want you to be satisfied so let us know what YOU want!

RED and WHITE, FIGHT RABBITS FIGHT!

Sterling ROCKS!

Hey Class of '06!

We would like to thank Sterling Whipple for being incredibly awesome and being the first to send in his bio!  We can't wait to share it with all of our classmates at our 5 Year Reunion!

Come on folks, send in your bios!  We wanna see what you're up to!  We will be handing them out the night of the reunion so if we don't get your bio, you won't be in our class powerpoint or on the CD/DVD!  That would be terrible!  So get on it!

Rabbits are RED HOT!

As for the CELEBRATION:

Join us (date still to be determined) for our very own ISLAND LUAU at DELTA HIGH!  We will have details on how to register coming soon but for now please email all inquiries to DHSclassof06@gmail.com and someone from the committee will get back to you!
